I like how although your quote comes from a movie like Forest Gump, you tied it in perfectly with your presentation and your life, where you've been, where you are and where you are going. It's pretty cool that you had three sisters and rather than going through identity crisis, you became an individual. DECA is bomb :) I like how humble you are in going about goals in a realistic manner, the bar always wins is very true! Have fun at CSU and good luck with business and marketing!

I like the quote you started out with and then used it to explain your life. "No one likes a know it all"-so true, I like it. It's cool that your parents taught you the "never quit" attitude and that it sticks with you to this day. Good work and good luck in the future. Guy cheers was sick by the way.

That is a great quote to live your life by. I cant even imagine what it would be like living with 3 sisters. I realy like the quote that no one likes a no it all and it really shows that your open to new things. Never quit is also something that I live by and tell myself everyday. Sounds like you have had a great life and a great expirenc at Arapahoe and good luck next year at CSU.

I think it's great that you rely on your family so much! They are really great resources. I also liked your Forest Gump quote. Shoes really CAN tell tons about someone. And I agree, Colorado is the very best state ever! I had no idea you played football! I'm sorry you got injured though... And Congrats on guy cheers too! You guys did so well it was awesome. I really liked how you used your passion for pole vaulting to tie into lessons for your entire life. Great ideas to remember! Good luck at CSU next year!

It is interesting how you've absorbed the world around you throughout your life, and how much your experiences have guided your presentation. You read to the board more than to the classroom, but you were easy to hear. Good luck at state!

I love Forest Gump! I also love that quote.
I used the quote thing too.
I like how you used quotes that people know, but really mean something to you.
You're right CO is really a good place to express your opinion.
It's cool that you have done so much in high school.
I have always wanted to pole vault, sounds amazingly fun, and scary.
Woo! CSU! There are a ton of us going there next year!

You're cheesy! But I like the quote it's very fitting for you! 3 sisters! "Wow! That must've been rough"
You've accomplished a lot at Arapahoe! It was very diverse!
Great form in your pole vaulting pictures! haha

Forest Gump is the best!!! Great quote. It is awesome how much you value your family's impact on who you are today. Good transitions from one slide/topic to another. Its cool how you have tried so many different things to see what you like instead of just coasting through life. Overall great presentation, I like how you use sayings throughout each slide. Good luck next year!

I like the quote, it is a perfect opener to the presentation you have decided to profess. Independence is a great theme and i can see that it taught you extremely well and helped you decided what you wanted to do in life. i absolutely agree with the golden rule. i like the four rules, it perfectly relates to your perspective. colorado is the most beautiful, ill probably end up living here in my elderly age. you seemed to have been involved in quite a bit all the time, so you strive to be your best. great job overall!

I like how you've explored lots of different things at Arapahoe and while you may have had different reasons for doing each of them in the end you always do it for yourself and are determined to learn from them. Good luck at state tomorrow!! I hope you make the record! I thought you did very well, you were very clear and concise. Good job!

Overall your speech was good. I liked how you based your presentation on quotes. The quotes made your speech different and interesting. It was also cool how you talked about still leaving legacies right until the end of the year.

“There’s an awful lot that you can’t by a person’s shoes, where they going, where they been…” I think that that is a great quote to have in your life. I love Forest Gump by the way. I’m glad that you haven’t taken your childhood for granted. The never quite is also a great aspect to keep in your mind; it seems to keep you going. It’s great that you’re aware of your dad’s feelings and you respected it but you still did your own thing. “The bar always wins” that is a great statement because you set goals that you try to go for but you’re aware that there will be bars that you can’t clear. That was a great presentation good job.

Patrick, I loved the Forrest Gump quote! It really shows everyone a good way about how to live their lives, very creative! You didn't read off of your note cards and just talked to the class and were very relaxed. I grew up in a house with three girls and an older brother...so I know he feels your pain! Yay DECA! I really like how you used track to show what lessons you have learned in your life. Good luck at State!!

Shoes tell where a person has been and where they are going.
Sisters taught independence
Parents- golden rule, no one likes to know it all, never quit, I can do anything
Yeah Colorado! good family foundation
Wow! "Above the bar, the bar always wins". You are the only one in this class who can fly!
The sky is the limit!
Go Rams!
Great job, Pat! I know you will make a name for yourself at CSU. Good luck in everything that lies ahead of you!

I think it is cool how you learned to be independant by living with all your sisters. I really liked the phrase "no one likes a know it all", and it is great how it taught you to be humble. I didn't know you are a pole vaulter! That is so cool, and its great that you have learned lessons from it. Good job on your presentation and good luck with where you're going!

I like the connection to Forest Gump. You have a lot of good rules and quotes to live by. Its great that you figured out what you wanted to do and stopped doing what your dad wanted you to do. You are so good at pole vault. Good luck at state and breaking that record.
